Terms of Service
 Outline of Terms
  1. Service Levels:
    • Basic
      • 1 Server, with up to 8 drives (4 servers max)
      • 24/7/365 File system & server based drive monitoring
      • AI generated drive health & performance alerts
      • File system & drive anomaly alerts
      • Data retention for 1 month
    • Pro
      • Basic Plan plus:
      • Up to 16 drives per server
      • Support for multiple users (monitoring personnel)
      • Monthly file system & drive reports
      • Support response within 12 hours
      • Data retention for 1 year
    • Enterprise
      • Pro Plan plus:
      • Up to 32 drives per server
      • Support for multiple entities (Customers or Data Centers)
      • Downloadable drive asset inventory reports
      • Support response within 6 hours
      • Data retention for 2 years
  2. Administration
    • The administrator is responsible for any and all payments.
    • Only an administrator can add or remove users and entities from the company account.
    • Only an administrator can discontinue/cancel the service.
  3. Billing:
    • An admin adds servers to the “Number of Servers" field.
    • You must notify us prior to your renewal date that you will not want to continue service, or your credit card will automatically be charged.
  4. Your service level can be changed at any time, but those changes are applied during the next hour.

 * An entity is defined as separate collections (datacenters/groups/departments/clients) that are managed under your company account.



 Free Trials
  1. All service levels start off with a free trial.
  2. No credit card, or payment, is required to receive a free trial.
  3. Only one free trial, per company, is allowed.
  4. A free trial will last a period of 30 days.
  5. 3 days prior to the end of the trial, you will be asked to provide a payment for the service level selected to continue service.
  6. If payment is not received within 3 days of notification, your trial account will be terminated.
  7. All service level terms are honored during a free trial period.


 Privacy
  1. Your storage health data is housed on an enterprise SaaS multi-tenant platform with your account and storage health data kept private to your organization.
  2. Jeda Analytics, Inc. reserves the right to use your anonymized storage health data to continually tune our AI engines.


 Customer Data Retention Policy
  1. Customer data is kept on a state-of-the-art enterprise database.
  2. Data is backed up daily and kept locally for 30 days (for rapid restoration), and monthly on cold storage, where it will stay up to 5 years (depending on service level), on a rotational basis.
  3. If you decide to stop the service:
    • Your ability to use your company dashboard will be removed.
    • Your data may still be collected for an additional 30 days after termination, but after that 30 days, your account will be removed.
    • Your data will remain in our database for an additional 60 days. At the end of 90 days, all data will be destroyed.
